Here’s the 12th episode of my little #InstaMagic you apparently like a lot :)
In this post, you’ll find my Instagram photos, my favourite quotes and some of my writing of January.
This month has been VERY extremely busy with all my exams and the beginning of the new semester… I also spend A LOT of time on my uni work, as a matter of course, and can therefore not publish that often (though I always try to do my best!).
Plus, I don’t know about you but I feel like this month has gone incredibly fast. And this is so great because I sincerely can’t wait until my internship in England this summer but at the same time, it’s quite scary to see how time flies!
Anyway, I hope this first month of 2014 has been a good one for all of you and just in case you’ve forgotten all the wishes we can make on New Year’s Eve and then throw away, you might want to read my ‘Make a Wish, 2014 is coming’ post once again. Have all a beautiful February and I promise you to write as soon as I can ;)!
« Man reading should be man intensely alive. The book should be a ball of light in one’s hand. » – Ezra Pound
« It didn’t matter if it was raining or sunny, Night or day, because I was With you. And I was happy, and safe And that was all it took for me To be happy » – Charlotte Eriksson / ‘Someone should have told me this’
« Perhaps one did not want to be loved so much as to be understood. » – George Orwell He’s not who he seems to be. This is all a carapace. I’ve seen his heart since he touched mine. He’s not just this guy on the outside that everybody knows and everybody loves. He’s struggling like all of us, though he doesn’t show it…
There nothing quite like starting a new book and just after a few pages, realising that the words of its author amazingly flow in your head.
I was once asked: ‘How do we improve our writing skills?’ I answered: ‘You write, love, you just write. But above all maybe… you write what you LOVE’.
« We met at the wrong time. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway. Maybe one day years from now, we’ll meet in a coffee shop in a far away city somewhere and we could give it another shot »
‘Be a light sleeper but a heavy dreamer’ A year ago, I was about to head to England and experience things I never thought I would experience. I’ve changed and grown up a lot and I hope this new year will bring me as many beautiful things as 2013 did. I’ve got thousands of projects on mind, concerning thousands of things including my application for an English university, concerning my blog as well that I would like to expand, concerning my 2 months in England this summer (no need to tell you projects are overflowing in my head for that one!) AND concerning this book I’d like to be given some time to write :) Well, lots of things, dreams and wishes I truly intend to make reality! ;) So for the last time this year… A very happy and wonderful 2014!
Let me be this wild child! « I wanted movement and not a calm course of existence. I wanted excitement and danger and the chance to sacrifice myself for my love. » Leo Tolstoi
