As the girl staring at the darkness in her room, French singer and 2015 The Voice finalist Anne Sila elegantly lets her heart express this shy feeling of love through her song ‘What if’. Uplifted by delicate, sweet vocals and simple but effective lyrics, Anne offers her audience a deep and touching insight into the soul of an apprehensive heart.

This song was first performed live in 2014 in the studios of the French radio station, Europe 1, at its yearly talent auditions.

After 17 years at the conservatoire of Valence, where she gets a dance, cello and piano training, Anne Sila one day makes the decision to fly to New-York to make her dream of getting into the music industry come true. Now back in France, she takes her fans to her very jazzy and pop universe through her first and newly released album, Amazing Problem.

I have been told that love is the strangest thing
I have been told that sometimes it breaks your wings
But today I saw your eyes and they made me sing
And I see the look of you in my million dreams

So what if I can't get you out of my mind?
What if I fell for you, would it be fine?
And if I asked you to hold me sometimes and let me see again your smile?

I have been told that love is a mystery
I have been told that it never sets you free
But today I saw your smile and I just found out
That love is the best mistake even if it's dark

So what if I can't get you out of my mind?
What if I fell for you, would it be fine?
And if I asked you to hold me sometimes and let me see again your smile?

It seems so easy - oh - just to be around you
It's just beginning and I can't resist the sound of my heart beating for
that little something that might just tear down my heart
Cause love is blind and that I'm sure

So what if I can't get you out of my mind?
What if I fell for you, would it be fine?
And if I asked you to hold me sometimes and let me see again your smile?

No, I can't get you out of my mind
What if I fell for you, would it be fine?
And if I asked you to hold me sometimes and let me see again your smile?
and let me see again your smile?
and let me see again your smile?
