Hello everybody! So today, I’ve decided to do a quite special post that is the Disney Tag. I’ve been inspired by the French blogger Natacha Birds, who published hers a little while ago (>>here<<) and as you know I’m a real Disney lover, I could not not do this tag! Very briefly, it consists in 9 questions, related to the Disney theme, I have to answer :) So here are the questions, and above all my answers ^^
1 – What’s your favourite Disney film?
Without an ounce of hesitation, I’ll say Beauty and the Beast. It is, in my opinion, the most beautiful and touching film Disney has made. There are lots of other movies I like, such as Aladdin, Pocahontas or The Lion King, but Beauty & the Beast is definitely my favourite. I think this movie presents beautiful themes and shares very genuine ideas. It is about change and about how good it is to change. It’s about the power of love and compassion, and about how this power can deeply make us change for the better. Finally it’s about staying true to who you are, it’s about being a simple and beautiful you, who shall inspire people to better.
2 – Which Disney movie’s scene would you have loved to live?
I would have loved to have a ride on Aladdin’s magic carpet – I mean, who has never dreamt of flying and seeing the world on a carpet?!
3 – If you were a Prince, who would you be?
I would say I’d be the Beast, for he is a very lonely character with a troubled soul, struggling to find his place again.
4 – If you were a Princess, who would you be?
I think I would be Belle. She is the character who reads the most and she represents everything that is great about humanity: compassion, love, understanding, patience and ambition. And that is exactly the kind of person I’m trying to become a bit more everyday. Plus, she is someone, who is constantly looking for more out of life beyond just the status quo, something deeper and more meaningful. And…
I value character on people over beauty or wits.
I don’t judge a book by its cover.
People have called me odd.
Many have called me a “beauty” (though I’m always doubting)
I am very protective over the one I love.
I am very passionate over my interest.
5 – Who do you look like the most?
Belle, without much hesitation; I have (or actually had) medium black-brown hair, I love to read and I’m often considered book smart, I’m quite outspoken and above all, I’m a free thinker. And the second character I look like the most is probably Snow White because I’ve got the same very white skin ^^
6 – If you could choose a Disney character to be your friend, who would it be?
It would definitely be the genie in Aladdin. He’s such a funny character and the best friend Aladdin could have ever had. Plus, he’s always overflowing with brilliant ideas :D!
7 – A Disney scene that makes you cry every time?
Oh :( Bambi’s mother’s death is the worst seen I’ve ever had to watch in a Disney movie – even now, I can’t and refuse to watch this scene ;((((
8 – Which Disney film have you seen the most?
Regarding what my video tapes look like now, I’d say Bambi and Snow White. Definitely the most watched!
9 – What’s your favourite Disney song?
I honestly don’t have a favourite, I’ve got a few favourites, which are…
A whole new world – Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast
Be our guest – Beauty and the Beast
Can you feel the love tonight – The Lion King
One jump ahead – Aladdin
Hakuna Matata – The Lion King
And I would like to finish this post by my four favourite Natacha Birds’ Disney drawings, showing you my favourite Disney lovers ♥
I hope you’ve enjoyed this very Disney post and if you also are a big fan of the cutest mouse’s films, please do not hesitate to leave a comment and, why not, answer the questions of the Disney Tag :)
