London – I ♥ you, babe! #8 *Green mood in St. James’s Park*

DSC_0773

Let’s go back to September, let’s go back to London for a while, shall we?! This is my last bunch of photos I took when I was in London before I started uni this year…It already seems ages away and I know you know I miss it a lot, so I won’t moan any longer ^^!

I took those photos in St. James’s Park, not far from Buckingham :), where I had a lovely walk and where I also spent the entire afternoon revising my CAE (yes I did :/!) and reading books! It was a great day (it didn’t even rain so I spent the entire day outside, which was pretty cool :D!).

I keep a lovely memory of this little trip to London and I truly look forward to being back this summer and seeing all the wonderful people I have met there! I truly CANNOT wait! It’s gonna be quite intense; I’ll be pretty busy with my internship but you know me, I will above all make the most of everything and plan LOTS of things (I’m pretty sure there’ll be nice articles over here ^^), including spending hours catching up with everyone :)

LONDON – I love you, babe! has been the main title of all my articles about my stay in London this last September and I actually says everything about how this place makes me feel… I found this quote by Bill Bryson not a long ago and I wanted to share it here with you, because it perfectly describes how I feel about London and how most people might feel too. London is a huge city and even though I start to know it quite well now, I’m still discovering things every time I go back! I know it might not be the case for everyone, but as far as I’m concerned, I like getting lost in a place… well actually, I like getting lost in London, simply because when you’re normally supposed to feel slightly unsafe, I personally don’t feel any safer, just because it’s London and it’s the place I view as my home and just the place where I belong…

I am very likely to seem creepy to you and I probably am, but that’s cool :) I don’t mind ;p

“Is there anything, apart from a really good chocolate cream pie and receiving a large unexpected cheque in the post, to beat finding yourself at large in a foreign city on a fair spring evening, loafing along unfamiliar streets in the long shadows of a lazy sunset, pausing to gaze in shop windows or at some church or lovely square or tranquil stretch of quayside, hesitating at street corners to decide whether that cheerful and homy restaurant you will remember fondly for years is likely to lie down this street or that one? I just love it.” – Bill Bryson

Anyway, I hope you’ll like this new series of photos :) I’m not as satisfied with those as I was with the photos of my previous articles about London but I really hope you’ll like them anyway :) Photography is another thing I really like, so I’ve always got my fingers crossed hoping you’ll like my photos every time I put some in my articles.

Now I’ll just leave you with those other words, written by Bill Bryson, which will definitely take you to England (but I think this is actually true for any other English-speaking country ^^)… Have a nice trip, my little angels :)! Much love to you all <3

“The tearoom lady called me love. All the shop ladies called me love and most of the men called me mate. I hadn’t been here twelve hours and already they loved me.” – Bill Bryson

Oh Gosh! I miss that soooo much!!! It’s not surprising to read, write or say that French people are rude after experiencing this!!!
